Emails
Learn to turn “I need more time” into “To maintain quality, I request an extension.” In Tier Two, you’ll practice writing professional emails that are polite, clear, and powerful.
Loss For Words?
Stuck mid-conversation? Build a toolkit of quick phrases like: “That’s an interesting point.” Or “I hadn’t thought of it that way.”

Professional Conversation
Balance friendly and formal. Learn how to sound professional and approachable—so you can build trust in meetings, interviews, and chats.

Journaling
Journaling is your safe space in English. No teacher, no grammar police—just you and your thoughts. In Tier Two, we’ll show you how to use journaling as a tool to explore your feelings, practice fluency, and discover your authentic English voice.
Short Stories
Every big story starts small. Take a simple line like, “I went to the market and bought dinner,” and grow it into a mini-drama, a comedy, or even a mystery. In Tier Two, you’ll practice turning everyday English into stories that surprise and delight.
Voice/ Tone
Same word. Three tones. Totally different meaning. In Tier Two, you’ll practice how punctuation, emojis, and style change tone—so you can write in ways that sound confident, friendly, or funny (and avoid sounding rude by accident 😅).
